Location was excellent in Old Town of baku.
The Hotel staff charged the credit card used for reservation without asking and they were not able to recall it.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the city center and the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer our questions. We appreciated the fact that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. , the hotel had a rooftop bar with a great view of the city, which was a nice touch.
The soundproofing of the hotel was not great. We had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the nearby streets and the hotel bar.

We loved staying at the hotel in this city. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic area, and close to the metro station. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke both English and Russian. The room was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was reliable and there was always a free bottle of water in the fridge. The hotel offered a fast airport transfer service which was well organized.

This place is in a great location, right on the edge of the old city. It's so convenient to have the subway station, Ilchery Sheher, right across the street. The staff here are amazing and always ready to help. The room amenities are top-notch, with a mini-bar and a dining table. The free toiletries provided are a nice touch. The room itself is comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a carpeted floor. The Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, perfect for staying connected.

The staff was friendly and welcoming during my xmas stay. The room was clean and had comfortable bedding and a good shower. The hotel was in a prime location, close to many restaurants and shops. A big plus was having free water bottles provided every day.
My stay was quite noisy with loud music playing late at night. I also didn't enjoy the breakfast options, as there weren't many choices available.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the metro and in walking distance to the crenellated old town wall and the boulevard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a clean and nice bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering quick and reassuring data to visitors. Visitors can enjoy the stunning view of the city from the rooftop cafe. Breakfast is basic but includes custom cooked eggs and the Wi-Fi is free and fast.
The hotel could improve its coffee offer, as only instant coffee is provided for guests.
